Common Faults and Solutions of Laser Lights: Quick Troubleshooting Without Pitfalls
In daily use of laser lights, some small faults are inevitable. Mastering common faults and solutions can quickly troubleshoot problems and avoid affecting use. Common fault 1: No laser light. It may be that the power supply is not connected, the line contact is poor, or the laser generator is damaged. First check the power supply and lines. If the lines are normal, you need to contact professional personnel to repair the generator. Fault 2: Blurred beam. It is mostly because the lens is dusty or the focusing knob is not adjusted properly. After wiping the lens, adjust the focusing knob until the beam is clear. Fault 3: Abnormal color. It may be that the color wheel is stuck or the color wheel motor is damaged. After turning off the equipment, check whether there is any foreign object stuck in the color wheel. If it cannot be solved, the color wheel motor needs to be replaced. Fault 4: Equipment overheating alarm. It is mostly due to long-term continuous operation or blocked heat dissipation port. After stopping the machine for rest, clean the dust at the heat dissipation port to ensure unobstructed heat dissipation. Fault 5: Abnormal dynamic effect. It may be that the control software setting is wrong or the signal is interrupted. Reset the software parameters and check the control signal connection.
