Daily Maintenance of Laser Lights: The Key to Extending Service Life

The service life of laser lights is closely related to daily maintenance. Correct maintenance methods can effectively extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the probability of failure. First, keep the equipment clean. Regularly wipe the lens and shell of the laser light with a dry cloth to avoid dust and stains blocking the beam and affecting the projection effect; if there is oil on the lens, you can wipe it with professional lens cleaner, and do not scratch it with hard objects. Second, avoid long-term continuous operation of the equipment. Generally, after running for 4-6 hours, you need to stop the machine for 30 minutes to prevent the laser generator from being damaged by overheating. Third, the storage environment needs to be dry and ventilated, avoiding humid, high-temperature or low-temperature environments to prevent the internal components of the equipment from being damp and aging; after outdoor use, wipe the rainwater and dew on the surface of the equipment in time and store it in a dry environment. Finally, regularly check the lines and interfaces. If the lines are damaged or the interfaces are loose, they need to be repaired or replaced in time to avoid short circuits, poor contact and other problems.
